**Receivable Accounting Functions (about 50% workload)**
- Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable transactions:

- Clarify and maintain receivable records from cash/bank and entry into Finance system to make sure the debtor balance up to date and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Perform daily receivable reconciliation and the variance will be highlighted/alerted to Credit Controller team accordingly.
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with Credit Controller Team for SOA (Statement of Account) confirmation.
- Work collaboratively with other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in financial reporting policy.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Support yearly audit both internal and external, statutory reporting and compliance.
- Support collection system implement, maintenance, upgrade and provide other support as necessary.

**2. **Receivable Accounting Reports (about 50% workload)**
- Support Finance Leader to build, restructure and centralize VN Collection Performance Tracking Tool.
- Prepare Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) Reporting and work with Finance Leader for DSO next month forecast..
- Periodically review and highlight overdue debtors to Credit Controller Head and Finance Manager.
- Review and alert the collection status by individual and branch to Credit Control Supervisor and Finance Manager.
- Independent work with Credit Controller Supervisors and Credit Controller Team to fulfill the requirement tasks.
- Review and monitor suspension status for bad paymaster.
- Report VN collection, DSO to Regional.
- Other tasks related to that position required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from University of Finance/Accounting
- At least 2 - 3 working years in AR field or relevant working experience in Foreign Company.
- Good command in English (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with ERP accounting system.
- Analytical and data-gathering skills are an added advantage.
- Problem solving, critical thinking skills, ability to work independently and teamwork.
