Branding & Communications Specialist

**What you will do**:
1. Employer Branding:

- Ensure that recruiting and employer branding messages are leveraged across audiences for maximum impact;
- Create impactful content such as infographics, blogs, articles, job ads, videos in line with our recruiting and marketing event strategies;
- Plan the monthly content calendar across Facebook and produce weekly content schedules that brings to life the brand narrative & personality;
- Find and build new right channels to reach new talents;
- Cooperation and maintaining good relationships with universities, conference organizers and meet-ups.

2. Internal Communication:

- Support plan and execute internal events: YEP, team building, ZA feast, etc.;
- Be the contact point to work with Design team for all internal events;
- Design activities and communications campaigns that will increase employee motivation;
- “Own” relevant storylines and channels; achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media;
- Produce dynamic content for internal audiences, including storytelling, articles, announcements, social posts, speeches, videos, presentations, etc.;
- Manage an ongoing forum to improve two-way communications and engagement among Zalo-ers.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Media and Communication or any related field;
- Experience working on projects that include internal and external stakeholders of various levels;
- Ability to work on several campaigns at once, solve problems logically and meet deadlines without disruption to daily operations;
- Ability to push yourself in innovative thinking when it comes to events, initiatives and social media;
- A great relationship builder;
- A strong writer, with the ability to develop key messages in bright and energetic tone;
- An experience on technical environment would be preferred.
