**About the role**:
GrabAds is looking for an experienced SalesForce Strategy and Implementation Analyst to join us as a SFDC expert to support our rapidly evolving and growing business. Responsibilities include translating cross-vertical and cross-functional business requirements into working SalesForce tools, strategising and defining solutions that meet both near and long-term business needs and objectives, and guiding business stakeholders and client-facing sales teams through workshops to ensure implementation success. As a SalesForce Strategy and Implementation Associate, you’ll help our business stakeholders achieve success through defining the SFDC strategy for their business needs and end users throughout each stage of the implementation process.

As the SalesForce Strategy and Implementation Associate in the Sales Operations team
- You will be an integral member of the regional team based in Singapore and will drive SalesForce roadmap planning, operations and execution processes with cross-functional and cross-vertical teams.
- You will play a key role in defining and enforcing the governance and SOPs around SalesForce within the GrabAds organization, which includes drafting out SOP policy documentation and guidance.
- You will be the central point of contact for GrabAds on all SalesForce related projects, and you will lead the execution of key deliverables on SalesForce related projects (including the status and outlook on each active project), according to committed timelines.
- You will be the central point of contact who supports GrabAds sales teams and leadership on SalesForce-related issues.
- You must be analytical, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask across several projects at once.
- You must have the ability to think strategically, be organized, problem solve effectively and orchestrate a wide breadth of strategic and recurring initiatives, as well as the grit and attention to detail to deep dive into certain topics as required.
- You must be passionate about digital advertising and must have the maturity to be the right hand of the leadership team members.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- **Salesforce **Project Management**:

- Understand the end-to-end sales process from order creation to billing and collections
- Lead efforts to design and implement the long term development roadmap of GrabAds and other Enterprise BU SalesForce systems. Plan, conduct and support all activities leading to a successful launch of SalesForce projects, using a program management approach.
- Understand business needs and be able to scope out business requirements.
- Work closely with Grab’s SalesForce Developer Teams to create enhancements and controls according to business requirements, escalate and resolve roadblocks when needed, to deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders and other Grab business units to implement Grab-wide SalesForce-related strategic initiatives and projects.
- Participate in UAT, End User Training and Go-Live activities as required in the implementation of SalesForce projects.
- **SalesForce Access and Governance**:

- Manage the different SalesForce user access levels required within the GrabAds business
- Conduct regular training sessions for new SalesForce users
- Build a SalesForce governance framework to scale operations effectively in line with Grab’s overall governance processes.
- **SalesForce Operations and Data Integrity**:

- Design and redesign account hierarchies on SFDC to enable macro and micro level reporting
- Create and enforce SOPs for end-to-end usage of SalesForce platform with Sales Teams, including but not limited to, lead / account / opportunity management, revenue attribution etc.
