**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Proactive to accurately understand on data/ reports to cooperate with related department to complete the report.
- Prepare management reports which across functions (Sales, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Credit Cards etc.)
- Align with CEO and related business units in term of the frequency of sending out reports in MIS
- Define complex technical design/requirements for management reporting
- Design report templates, request Datamart Center to build, and periodically send reports to related business units
- Coordinate with business unit to get data
- Perform analysis and modelling Provide initial insights/ conclusions
- Deploy testing reports, analysis, before requesting analysis reports from Datamart Center.
- Deploy requests in term of building reports in management information system (MIS
- Classify, synthesize, track reports in management information system (MIS), and rationalize ad-hoc reports.
- Building data logic dictionary used in MIS, supporting to create consistent between reports.
- Provide data analysis, and generate ad-hoc report which based on CEO requests

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor degree with majors: Computer Science, IT, Business management, preferably specialized in Risk or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Reporting, data & modeling, preferably working in Financial Services sector
- Hands on experience with any BI Tools
- Familiar with SQL, Oracle and IBM Netezza
- Good understanding of normalized and dimensional data modeling skills
- Reporting, analytics skill
- Good report standardization & rationalization
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Basic understanding of lending & cards business is a plus.
