**Job Title: Acquisitions and Asset Analyst**

**Location**:Working Remotely** - CDT Timezone

**Reports To**: General Manager, Senior Manager, Stakeholder

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze property operation financial health, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Conduct research and analysis on market information from the real estate market.
- Deal and communicate with brokers to secure financing, refinance properties, and coordinate renovation efforts.
- Analyze projects to determine if they meet company target and scope, and present findings to the company to decide if we want to pursue an acquisition.
- Report on company and project financial health, including preparing financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage and supervise company cash flow, and prepare cash flow projections for company and investment properties.
- Find new investors, connect with them, and prepare presentations to attract new investments.
- Prepare reports for current investors to communicate investment performance and answer any questions.
- Assist in developing annual operating and capital budgets, and monitor actual performance against budget.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, or related field.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including reading and analyzing financial statements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of real estate financing, deal structures, and acquisition processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial modeling, cash flow projections, and forecasting.
