**Job description**:

- Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Analysis and Optimization:

- Conduct detailed analysis of Supply chain and E-commerce processes
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Supply chain and E-commerce operations
- 2. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of business analysts
- Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- 3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement, warehouse management, logistics, E-commerce, and finance teams
- Gather requirements, develop business cases, and translate them into functional specifications
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus and decision-making
- 4. Reporting and Documentation:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor Supply chain and E-commerce performance
- Prepare detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and system requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
- 5. Project Management:

- Lead and participate in related projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and resolve issues

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain and/or E-commerce domain
- Proven experience in managing and leading a small team
- Strong background in process analysis, improvement, and optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in supply chain and eCommerce management software and tools (e.g., Odoo, WMS system )
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong project management skills, with PMP or similar certification being a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
