**Get to know the Role**:
Responsible for developing and implementing merchant initiatives, processes and strategies to accelerate growth and increase productivity & engagement for new merchants. Problem-solving skills, an analytical approach to decision-making and execution, and a willingness to be hands-on are all necessary components to succeed in this role.

**The day-to-day activities**:

- Build and lead the development of end-to-end operation framework for new merchants to ensure long-term sustainability via scalable processes and tools
- Define and drive overall sales strategy, sales policies, processes and business system requirements for merchant acquisition team to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Implement effective acquisition strategies and systems utilization to measure and act on metrics to achieve acquisition goals
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to execute daily operations and handle new merchant queries (commercial and operations) to ensure efficient onboarding and post-onboarding processes
- Manage new merchants’ activities and measure merchant performance pre and post sales to boost new merchant growth

**The must haves**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Start-up/Tech, Ecommerce, or Logistics
- Problem solving, presentation, data analyst and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, motivated and entrepreneurial
- Ability to own outcomes and make things happen
- Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences, from senior stakeholders to other departments within the organization
- Ability to adapt to changes and meet the business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Customer Orientation: Understand needs and expectations of customers and customer service mindset.
