**Scope of Responsibility**: He/ She will take responsibilities of ensuring operations data integrity, performance monitoring, resource optimization, and continuous improvement implementation across manufacturing efficiency.

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Operations data integrity, performance KPIs reporting & documentation, tracking new product & new project performance.- Implement industrial engineering processes & tools to support shop floor manpower/ material/ energy & expense management.- Conduct data analysis & report to define performance issues and drive forward action plan implementation.- Maintaining operations standards in terms of labor, material, speed, energy & other expenses’ consumption. (finance)- Support continuous improvement (CI) project coordination and implement system development roadmap.- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial management/Industrial system engineering/ Operations management/Data analytic or related fields.- Around 02 years working for Operations/ Industrial engineering departments (preferably in FMCG manufacturing environment)- Proficiency in Excel (VBA), BI System, SAP/ ERP with systematic thinking- Good communication, both in Vietnamese and English.- Project planning, implementation and drive team to complete is an advantage
