1. Documentation and Record-keeping:
Maintain and organize all documentation related to new store development, including leases, permits, contracts, and financial records.

Ensure that all records and documents are up-to-date and easily accessible for the business development team.

2. Scheduling and Coordination:
Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the business development team.

Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors to streamline the new store opening process.

3. Communication Support:
Act as a liaison between the business development department and other internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations.

4. Data Entry and Analysis:
Input and manage data related to new store locations, financial projections, and market research.

Assist in gathering data for analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

5. Support in Market Research:
Assist in market research efforts, including gathering information on potential locations and competitor analysis.

Compile data and present findings to the business development team for decision-making.

6. Supplier and Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure that necessary supplies and equipment are sourced and delivered in a timely manner for new store openings.

7. Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
College diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration is a plus.

Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Knowledge of the 4 P's of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) is a plus.
