**Company Description**

The **Senior C&B Specialist**is responsible for l**eading and executing compensation & benefits activities**, ensuring compliance with **labor regulations**, and providing data-driven insights to support HR strategies. This role requires strong expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and HR analytics, as well as the ability to provide consultancy on compensation strategies and legal compliance.

**1. Compensation & Benefits Operations (40%)**
- Oversee end-to-end C&B processes, including payroll, personal income tax (PIT), insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and liaise with vendors (e.g., insurance providers, payroll service providers) and ensure contractual compliance.
- Handle expatriate C&B matters, including work permits, visas, and tax obligations.
- Support internal and external audits related to C&B functions.

**2. HR Analytics & Reporting (40%)**
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track compensation trends, employee costs, and benefit utilization.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive salary and benefits structures.
- Analyze pay equity, turnover rates, and workforce costs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize compensation structures and HR cost efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports for the Board of Directors and senior management on C&B and HR metrics.

**3. HR Consultancy & Compliance (20%)**
- Provide legal guidance on employee benefits, terminations, disciplinary actions, and workplace compliance.
- Review and interpret employment laws and labor regulations, ensuring that HR policies align with legal requirements.
- Work closely with HR management to develop and revise company policies related to compensation, benefits, and labor law compliance.
- Deliver training sessions on C&B best practices, risk management, and legal compliance for HR staff and managers.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- ** 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Analytics, preferably in a multinational environment.**:

- Strong knowledge of l**abor laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.**:

- Proficiency in H**R systems, payroll software, and data analytics tools**.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in HR policy development and compliance management is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential data with accuracy and integrity.
- ** Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must.**
