**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 30 - 40 triệu VNĐ)
- Trực tiếp tham gia phát triển các ứng dụng cho khách hàng lớn đến từ Nhật Bản, Việt Nam.
- Phát triển team Dev hỗ trợ dẫn dắt các thành viên, nâng cao năng lực của cá nhân và team
- Tham gia các công đoạn tìm hiểu yêu cầu, phân tích, thiết kế, nghiên cứu công nghệ khi

được phân công.
- Làm việc theo sự phân công của Trưởng nhóm/Quản lý dự án, phối hợp giữa các nhóm để

phát triển sản phẩm.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
a. Thu nhập
- Lương cạnh tranh, thỏa đáng theo năng lực, upto 40M.
- Thưởng nóng, thưởng mỗi dự án,
- Thưởng lương tháng 13, thưởng doanh thu cuối năm
- Thưởng các ngày Lễ Tết (30/4-1/5, 2/9, Tết dương lịch)
- Xét tăng lương 1 lần/năm

b. Bảo hiểm và các chính sách đãi ngộ
- Bảo hiểm theo chế độ nhà nước ban hành.
- Bảo hiểm sức khoẻ cho bản thân và 1 người thân
- Khám sức khỏe định kỳ 1 năm/1 lần.
- Chế độ sinh nhật, hiếu, hỉ.
- 15 ngày phép/năm

c. Chế độ đào tạo và phát triển
- Tham gia các buổi seminar tiếp cận công nghệ hàng tuần, tham gia các buổi đào tạo chuyên môn, kỹ năng mềm, kỹ năng quản lý dự án, quản lý chất lượng. Đặc biệt, các kỹ năng này sẽ do trực tiếp manager và founder truyền dạy cho các bạn.
- Chế độ riêng cho giảng viên nội bộ nếu đứng lớp
- Định hướng hàng tháng về tầm nhìn và kế hoạch của bản thân, đồng thời hỗ trợ phát triển thành fullstack developer, project manager, BrSE,...
- Có nhiều cơ hội trải nghiệm, làm việc với các khách hàng lớn.
- Đối với những bạn có Tiếng Nhật sẽ có cơ hội/sẽ phải làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Nhật Bản và cơ hội onsite tại Nhật.
- Trở thành Key member, Trở thành mảnh ghép quan trọng không thể thiếu, có cơ hội quản lý team Nodejs của công ty hoặc phát triển lên vị trí cao hơn.

e. Môi trường làm việc
- Làm việc trong tập thể toàn những người trẻ, năng động, cá tính; máu lửa và nhiệt huyết trong công việc
- Môi trường làm việc mở, khuyến khích tối đa sự sáng tạo của nhân viên.

f. Thời gian làm việc:

- Làm việc từ thứ 2 - thứ 6
- Thời gian vào làm linh hoạt từ 8h-9h
- Remote 1 ngày/tuần với level senior
- Thời gian làm việc 8 tiếng, nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng từ 12h -13h

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiêm từ 4-5 năm code PHP, 2-3 năm code NextJS
- Có kỹ năng review code, đảm bảo chất lượng mã nguồn, cấu trúc, hiệu suất hệ thống.
- Có hiểu biết về thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống.
- Có kinh nghiệm về AWS là một lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm leader quản lí team là một lợi thế
