**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Work on both front-end and back-end development, integrating various technologies as needed.
- Ensure reusability by correctly isolating core services and reducing maintenance costs.
- Conduct technical reviews and recommend best practices.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Must have**
- At least 5 years of experience in web development.
- Strong knowledge of: Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Back-end: C#, Java.
- Relational Databases: MS SQL and/or Oracle.
- Experience in full-stack development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- English, Japanese proficiency is a plus.

**Nice to have**
- OutSystems certification (Reactive Web Developer, Specialist).
- Hands-on experience with OutSystems platform.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns.
