**Job Description**:
The Sales Engineer will take key responsibility to manage and develop the PSD (Personal Safety Division) business within South and Central Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing, developing strategy and plans to achieve sales targets by per assigned Territories, Accounts and Channel Partners.- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders/ support team (Customer Service, Channel, Technical, Marketing teams) to ensure achievement of customers’ satisfaction and business plans-
- Customer’s interaction - daily visit to end-customers and users to introduce and propose 3M’s PSD products, solutions and services; understanding of the customers’ needs and market insights for demand generation; take lead for customer events such as training/workshop and webinars- Co-develop Channel Partners with Channel team, aligning with 3M’s strategy and mindset to support the growth demand of business, market coverage and most importantly, customers’ needs
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales, with proven successful background in both sales target and channel managements, in segment of Industrial / Safety- Bachelor’s degree in Safety/Environment/Science, Chemical Engineering or relevant- A good team player, who is independent and can work with mínimal supervision- Able to handle high pressure situations and is objective driven- Good presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills- Proficient in English, written and spoken- Hardworking, proactive with has self initiative and a positive attitude- Able to travel up country
