** Purpose of the Job/Job Mission:
Responsible for preparing, coordinating, closing sales by establishing contact and building relationship with client and driving market for maximizing sales profits.
**Essential Functions:
- Plan and organize weekly client visits;
- Coordinate with customer for inquiries, concerns other clarification for related projects;
- Monitor proposals and report competitive activity;
- Prepare weekly report from client visits;
- Regular customer visits and relationship building/management;
- Prepare sales forecast and manage sales budget;
- Develop new business through effective presentation and utilization of support group within the local SAS;
- Drive business development for new customers;
- Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction by communicating with other de-partments to resolve clients’ issues;
- Improve client relationship by mutual confidence and reliability;
- Assess to define credit terms that will likely achieve payment and retain customers;
- Provide market know how;
- Identify new market players, opportunities, gather competitor’s information and remain up to date with current market trends.
- Any other duties as assigned by upper Manager.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering, technology, industrial engineering.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a lean sales team and working closely with Sales Manager.
- Technical background in the industrial machinery business or similar industries, especially rice.
** Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in the agricultural/food industry from different hierarchy levels;
- High level of intrinsic motivation, resilience and ability to work independently;
- Ability and willingness to work at customer site;
- Ability to work independently and as a team player across departments;
- Strong background for solution selling;
- Motivation for sales.
