**JOB PURPOSE**:
HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager will work closely with General Manager, Deputy Genenal Manager and Management team to build people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. HRBP Manager will also act as the point of people expertise for Maison Marou Vietnam, and may also be the local people expert implementing specific people approaches.

**CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
1. People Planning

Partner with the business to design and deliver the divisions people plan and key priorities
Develop strong understanding of the business and divisions the role holder supports
Build a people plan aligned to business needs and Country HR Frame
Ensure seamless delivery of the divisions people plans, in collaboration with key stakeholders and HR teams.
2. Talent Management
Develop talent for the business and ensure strong succession pipeline
Ensure clear development plans are in place for talent across the divisions
Partner with MMV leaders (Maison Marou Vietnam) to follow up and execute on development plans, facilitating movement of talent within and across divisions
Build strong succession pipeline and participate in internal and external talent mapping
3. Organizational Development
Support MMV (Maison Marou Vietnam) to build key distinctive capabilities to support business objectives
Define organization structure and ways of working for the divisions to enhance collaboration Review organization set up and scoping of roles across the divisions.
Ensure consistency and alignment in organization structure and fit for purpose organization model
Review and align with MMV (Maison Marou Vietnam) leaders on communicating and enhancing ways of working for effective collaboration within and across divisions
Partner with MMV (Maison Marou Vietnam) leaders to ensure role profiles, job titles and grading are fit for purpose
4. Business Partnering
Ensure end-to-end delivery of full spectrum HR activities for the business
Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of full suite HR activities, acting as first point of contact for the MMV business on people matters
Effectively navigate HR systems to execute on key HR operational tasks, maintaining data confidentiality and integrity

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
BA degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant fields
Fluency in English, writing, listening and speaking are the must-have. French communication is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
At least 5 years at the equivalent position Experience in people planning, talent management, organizational development in Retail, F&B, Hospitality industry. Strong at HR strategy. Ability to act as a trusted HR partner with the business leaders.
Be able to adapt to the developing and challenging company. Great interpersonal and leadership skills. Coaching & Mentoring skill. Excellent Communication Skills and Budgeting skill. Proactive, passionate, strong commitment and engaging.
