Job duties:
1/ Administrative and recruiting management:

- Recruit and arrange office and production personnel according to the requirements of theGeneral Directorand related departments
- Training and orientation for employees.
- Implement internal and mandatory training programs according to labor regulations and laws
- Implement the process of signing contracts, terminating labor contracts, and handing over.
- Build KPI system, implement employee evaluation and reward process.
- Manage employee records and documents
- Manage the factory's ISO system and HSE.

2/ C&B management:

- Supervise timekeeping management, salary calculation, social insurance, and personal income tax
- Communicate and work with government agencies: Social insurance, fire prevention, labor management department, etc.
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors issues in the field of human resources such as: organizational structure, training and recruitment, salary and bonus plans, welfare regimes for employees, and legal regulations. Labor law, handling situations occurring in production labor, issues between the company and employees or between employees, etc.

- Have around 5 years exp in Manager of Team Leader level
- Be familiar to work with fire prevention agencies, BIZA, Department of Labor...
- Emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Good organization and time management skills.
- GoodEnglish communicationskills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Work from Monday - Friday
- Can travel to work in Phu My 2 Industrial Zone (Ba Ria Vung Tau).
