About the Role

Censys is seeking a highly skilled Web Product Manager to drive the growth and scale of our website. As a key member of our team, you will define and execute the website strategy, conversion optimization roadmap, and user experience vision for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the execution of conversion rate optimization initiatives to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention on our website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Creative, to optimize existing website pages and ensure accurate messaging, impactful CTAs, and effective buyer journeys.
  • Drive continuous improvement on the website through experimentation, testing, and a deep understanding of our website visitors and customer segmentations.
  • Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior to inform data-driven decisions and iterate on the strategy.
  • Work closely with Product and Demand Generation teams to develop strategies that effectively convert Free Users, PLG customers, and enterprise customers across our product lines.
  • Develop dashboards, tracking, and key KPIs to measure website performance, retention, and conversion, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience leading web strategy and conversion rate optimization at a SaaS company.
  • Knowledgeable in the technical aspects of running a website, including UX, SEO, and domain management.
  • Experience with web design, product management, and content strategy is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other business intelligence tools.
  • Extensive experience leading hypothesis-driven A/B tests and running website experimentation at scale.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects across various stakeholders.
What We Offer

Censys offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 USD to $165,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity. Our benefits include 401k match, health, vision, dental, and more. Please see our careers page for more details.
