About the Role

Coveo is seeking a seasoned Senior Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our Service & Knowledge Team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and market presence for our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Alliances to develop personas, market insights, and competitive intelligence, focusing on customer service and support use cases.
  • Develop and articulate compelling go-to-market strategies and messaging for webinars and industry events that highlight Coveo's unique value propositions.
  • Partner closely with demand generation and corporate marketing teams to orchestrate integrated, market-aligned programs that effectively drive pipeline growth with tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Create impactful customer-facing assets and collateral that reinforce our key solution messages, product offerings, and capabilities.
  • Conduct and lead training sessions for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and partners to support new customer acquisition, expansion efforts, and sales conversions.
  • Direct the creation of a wide range of high-impact marketing collateral and compelling content, including web pages, presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, videos, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Represent Coveo at tradeshows and industry or practitioner events.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of work experience, including 5+ years in product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product management, encompassing product launches, digital and content marketing, and sales partnerships.
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into compelling marketing content for diverse audiences, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in customer service and support industry with strong knowledge of KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service).
  • Previous roles in enterprise technology companies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Experience with Cloud, Adobe, or other relevant technologies.
