**Responsibilities**:

- Work with CA team to set and implement communications strategy that support the company in Vietnam’s business priorities. This demands a strategic approach as well as strong execution skills, including internal - external communications on all impactful channels (PR - digital - social).
- Improve the brand equity through awareness campaigns and collaboration with medical societies and health facilities.
- Provide counsel and support to Business Units and other teams in critical communications activities in line with therapy area strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams in Vietnam, Regional and Global to ensure alignment of narrative/messaging and editorial priorities, pull through of global/ region/ area campaigns.
- Develop visually appealing corporate materials and presentations to support internal and external meetings/events.
- Lead all aspects of continuous media monitoring, social listening, and sentiment analysis delivered by agencies to ensure positive sentiment; proactively identify and mitigate reputational risks through risk management.
- Drive authentic and inspiring leadership communications, building employee understanding, belief, and pride in the strategic direction of the company.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship, budget and account with agencies to ensure the deliverables.

**Experience requirements**:

- Proven experience in Communications, Media, or Journalism fields.
- Consistent track record in delivering impactful strategic, coordinated external and internal communications strategy, and leading media and agency relations.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and experience in a variety of media (speeches, fact sheets, briefings, presentations, news releases, etc.)
- Good leadership and partnership skills and proven track record to engage with a wide variety of local and global partners from different functions, and to effectively lead multiple projects and resources within timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point; ability to quickly adapt to new IT tools.

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in communications or related majors from an accredited college or university.
