**Job summary**:
Adecco's client, a leading international higher education institution in Hanoi is urgently looking for a PR Communications Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Communications**
- Develops and executes the organization’s overall corporate communications strategy and initiatives across communication channels, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, website content, newsletters or internal podcast
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various initiatives to ensure a consistent brand tone of voice.
- Monitor brand crisis management system to ensure real-time crisis alert or execute Crisis management protocol and process when a crisis or potential crisis happens.
- Liaise with Vice-Chancellor Office (VCO), draft talking points/speeches for VCO on corporate communication matters and events.
- Drive CSR initiatives to build BUV’s brand image on the Sustainability pillar.

**PR & Media Relations**
- Deploy PR campaigns to promote strategic messages and programmes (products).
- Lead the PR agency sourcing process, manage and evaluate performance of the PR agency.
- Develop, manage and maintain good relationships with media contacts, KOLs, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
- Plan and coordinate media events, press conferences, and product launches.
- Be British University Vietnam’s contact point for media agencies.

**Owned channel and Community management**
- Manage the BUV’s overall social media presence.
- Laise with cross-departments to develop a comprehensive social communication plan aligned with brand marketing plan and brand strategy.
- Create and manage BUV’s social communities to enhance brand SOV.
- Connect and manage relations with industry KOLs, hot pages, groups, social communities in higher education sector and related fields.
- Lead the sourcing process, manage and evaluate performance of the social agency.
- Internal Communications
- Develop and manage internal communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all departments.
- Collaborate with HR and concerned departments to support employer branding and internal communication initiatives to enhance employees’ engagement.

**Others**
- Develop a Communications team with strong competency and teamwork spirit.
- Develop reporting systems and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement in the Communications areas.
- Manage & execute other adhoc projects when being assigned.

**Experience requirements**:

- Minimum of 5-7 year experience in PR and communications or social content;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong storytelling and content creation abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- In-depth understanding of media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Proficient in social media management, with a solid understanding of different platforms and their respective audiences.

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, PR or related fields;
- Excellent English (especially writing skills).
