**Position Description**
- As the AI Researcher, we are looking for members to join our AI team. You will work closely with all stakeholders to architect efficient APIs to survey latest research trend and build accurate models on various tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy R&D and be challenged and grow in the field of AI-First software / product development. Along the way this role will contribute to game-changing products for the multi-trillion-dollar industry.

**Responsibilities and Performance Objectives**
- Spearhead cutting-edge research projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence Research (AIR), focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop innovative NLP algorithms and models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to advance understanding and capabilities in AI.
- Design and implement experiments to explore novel data flows and architectures for enhancing model performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with academic and industry partners to validate hypotheses and co-author impactful research papers.
- Lead the dissemination of research findings through presentations at conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Mentor junior researchers and guide their development in AI research methodologies and best practices.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Skills and Experience Required**
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a closely related field with a strong focus on NLP.
- Extensive experience in NLP and familiarity with the latest advancements in LLMs and RAG.
- Proven track record of conducting high-quality research and publishing in top-tier journals and conferences.
- Deep understanding of data flow mechanisms and architectures relevant to AI and machine learning systems.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience with NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, SpaCy).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop complex algorithms and solve challenging problems.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences and collaborating effectively in a team environment.

**Plus**:

- Experience with interdisciplinary research involving linguistics and cognitive science.
- Prior involvement in open-source projects or contributions to the AI community.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated NLP systems and models in a real-world environment, showcasing strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
