**Position Description**
- As the AI Engineer, we are looking for members to join our AI team. You will work closely with all stakeholders to architect efficient APIs to survey latest research trend and build accurate models on various tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy R&D and be challenged and grow in the field of AI-First software / product development. Along the way this role will contribute to game-changing products for the multi-trillion-dollar industry.

**Responsibilities and Performance Objectives**
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-powered solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Development of a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform with product team.
- Architect and implement scalable, robust AI systems capable of handling extensive data volumes and user interactions.
- Enhance AI system efficiency by optimizing resource usage, integrating cloud solutions, and employing hardware acceleration.
- Perform detailed performance analysis and tuning to guarantee AI systems' optimal functionality in production settings.
- Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to proactively address performance issues and anomalies.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to streamline AI system deployment, scaling, and management using automation techniques.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, cloud services, and related technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive the continuous enhancement of engineering processes and practices.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Practical experience with performance optimization techniques, including parallel computing and caching.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools for efficient CI/CD processes.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and experience troubleshooting complex issues in production environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, suited for a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Demonstrable understanding of LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation technologies.

- Knowledge of security practices for AI systems and data privacy laws.
