**DUTIES**:

- Work with B2B Business Development Director to build business plan, to develop, sales strategies, sales policy for B2B partners.
- Implement sales strategies and sales policies for assigned accounts. Develop adapted sales policies for different accounts to optimize the business opportunities of K+ products
- Negotiate framework agreements, agreements of commercial cooperation
- Propose, organize, and monitor the implementation of co-marketing operations and sales promotions with Partners
- Monitor and manage target achievement
- In charge of performance monitoring and reporting (target and sales records)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University degree; major in economics or business administration or marketing or relevant fields.
- At least five-years of experiences in sales management position
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deal with decision-makers of B2B partners
- Strong relationship building capability
- Having good networking with Telcos / Pay TV players is a plus.
- Strong presentation skill, leadership skill, communication skill and negotiation skill.
- Sense of financial management.
- Fluent in English
