1. Legal compliance:

- Update legal and regulatory requirement for Environment and ISO 14001. Ensure Legal Register are updated. Identify the gaps and set up improvement action.
- Regularly assesses the operations to ensure environmental regulations are properly applied
- Reports the progress of HEINEKEN compliance in HeiQuest in a timely and reliable way
- Monitor all environment activities in factory (waste water/waste/hazardous waste/emission)
- Work with authority/third party/stake holder for any environmental issues

2. Risk Assessment:

- Cooperate with all Sections/ area to update Environmental Risk Assessment annually.
- Update Emergency Response Procedure
- Coordinate with Sections/ area to take drill for Emergency Response Procedure

3. Management of environmental process & system:

- Manage Environmental section’s performance
- Update and control environmental document on paperless system
- Control BAS audit system
- Conduct internal audit (environmental regulation, ISO 14001, Heiquest, BAS, )

4. Accident investigation:

- Immediately opens and executes to closure all investigations of environmental accidents and incidents to ensure that relevant legal and Heineken requirements are met
- Performs an environmental accident analysis, including assessment of their severity and propose corrective and preventive actions, in order to avoid reoccurrence

5. Environment training, coaching & mentoring:

- Work with available training materials and good practices to support high quality training in safety

6. Stakeholder Management:

- Interacts with stakeholders in various way to engage them on activities
- Coordinates the process of identifying one agreed plan with different stakeholders.
- Build relationship with the unions, neighbours and authorities

7. TPM & Continuous improvement:

- Coordinates activities supporting tpm route implementation
- Coordinate and support improvement team (water and energy)
- Support improvement ideas for circularity

8. Tracking and reporting:

- Ensures that all safety KPIs Environment are being properly reported, calculated and communicated
- Validates data sources and reporting flow
- Understands which activities and gaps are influencing the KPI

Education background:

- University degree of Environment technology/Labor safety or relevant technical background.

Technical or specialized knowledge need to achieve the desired results:

- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Methodology
- Knowledgeable in Local Regulatory requirement on Safety, Security and Environment

**Skills**:

- English: good in writing, reading, communicating with others.
- Good in MS office
- Teamwork
- High levels of interaction with individuals and groups (teamwork with all Sections in Hoc Mon Brewery), inside and outside the organization (due to working with authority, third party).
- Time management, planning and tasks management following full loop PDCA
- Risk Assessment and Incident Investigation Skills
- Working experience: Prefer 3 years or working experience in the area of Safety and Environment Production/ Utilities/ or Occupational Health.
