**I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Be responsible for developing and delivering innovative and effective plans to promote GS25 as “the first choice and best place to work for talents” through social media and other communication formats.

**1) Branding**
- Develop employee values proposition (EVP) through understanding corporate culture and talents behaviors.
- Develop brand identity, contents and graphics to promote core EVP via Career page, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok or other potential social media.
- Support in delivering employee engagement and communication.

**2) Talent pool management**
- Set up and manage all talents pools for recruiting demand (both on-line and off-line).
- Propose and deliver plan for special talent pipeline campaigns including Internship, Management Trainee programin order to support business growth and transformation.

**II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- At least 1 year of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing or Content
- Ability to develop creative content for Gen Z.
- Ability to use Photoshop, AI, Premiere,
- Knowledge in Marketing Online, Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning and quick adaptation.
- Good sense of caring people and company culture.
- Strong passion for HR.
