We are seeking a talented and motivated Organization Culture and Employer Branding Lead to drive our brand awareness and cultivate a strong employer brand presence of TechX all across Vietnam.

As the Organization Culture and Employer Branding Lead in TechX, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our company's culture and brand identity. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies that elevate TechX brand awareness among both existing and potential customers, as well as attract and retain top talent within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory and foster a positive and engaging work environment in both of our offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive annual organization culture and employer branding strategies aligned with our business objectives.
- Define and articulate our unique value proposition to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels both online and offline.
- Create and maintain a compelling employer brand that showcases our company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth across offline and online channels, across social media on Facebook and Linkedin, and at internal and external events.
- Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns, social media presence, industry events, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and senior leadership, to align branding efforts and create a unified company culture.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of organizational culture and employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company at industry conferences, networking events, and talent acquisition activities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in employer branding and culture-building, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and recruitment partners to amplify our brand presence.
- Drive design and development of employee swag to broadcast our brand externally.
- Organize and support management and team participation at industry-relevant industry events.
- Regularly update the content on our website including company news and updates.
- Run and analyze internal and external data collection activities to assess perception of the brand and continuously improve our brand perception on the market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in organization culture, employer branding, or related roles, preferably within the technology, digital transformation, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful brand initiatives.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is a must.
- Experience with ChatGPT and Generative AI is a very very strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging various marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and event management, to drive brand awareness.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for creating engaging and authentic brand experiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proactive and collaborative team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A cover letter with any relevant portfolio or work samples showcasing your employer's branding and culture-building initiatives will be a strong plus.
- Experience writing requirements for web development is a plus.
