**Introduction**:
**Main Mission**:
Main mission of Business Architect is to design and realize business opportunities for both investment and EPC projects in such market as:
Waste treatment and recycling

Water supply and wastewater treatment

Renewable energy such as biomass power generation

Steel structure such as bridge and unique building

**1. Job Descriptions**:
 Engage in market research to analyze to find out where business opportunities are

 Based on research works, analyze business opportunities, and propose suitable business plans covering business, financial and legal aspects to conclude feasibility of such plans comprehensively

 Develop and maintain relationship with both Vietnamese and foreign private companies, government authorities and research institutes to realize business opportunities.

 Collaborate as a team with Japanese and Vietnamese staff in local entity in Vietnam, Japan HQ and other overseas offices

 Coordinate business trips and meetings for those team members mentioned above

 In case of bidding, prepare necessary bid documents and and manage contract negotiations

 Get IRC, ERC and manage to obtain necessary permissions, such as construction permit, within a given time schedule

 Set up necessary rules and organization to run such companies

 Have honest heart

 Have strong passion to solve environmental problems in Vietnam

 Have good command of English

 Love to challenge rather than think

 Can enjoy expanding human networks through work and drink

 Can learn from mistakes

 Have worked in construction and/or investment field

 Have fundamental knowledge in international standard EPC contract such as FIDIC and ENNA

 Have experiences in preparing bid documents and/or proposals for construction and/or investment projects

 Have fundamental knowledge to analyze feasibility of infrastructure projects

 Have fundamental knowledge on legal procedures such as investment law and enterprise law to realize infrastructure projects

 Have fundamental knowledge on getting necessary permissions for construction works such as construction permit, firefighting, etc,,,

 Have motivations to learn Japanese culture and business style and be able to translate it into Vietnamese way to make it workable

 Have essential presentation skills to appeal business plans

 Have advanced knowledge on MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.

 Be able to use online meeting software such as Teams and Zoom effectively

 Fluent in both spoken and written English (at least business communication level)

 Be able to learn and work under pressure to achieve targets

 Able to go to business trip throughout Vietnam and abroad
