Job Requirements

**Activation, Communication & Events**:

- Be responsible for ideals, implementation plans, budget for use and preparation of necessary tools for all activities related to PD: sale motivation, sale briefing, internal engagement
- Be responsible of taking accountabilities in organizing trips and events as required by PD as well as sales support activities to promote engagement and team spirit to PD sales team.
- Be the main focal point of the PD team in working with partners and related departments to serve the organization of seminars, partner-related programs, or agreed events between the parties.
- Prepare organizational plans, documents and action plans of the event for the manager.
- Design event program content, planning concept and put it into action
- Be key contact point from PD for vendor sourcing/ recommendation and inter-departmental support regarding the assigned tasks
- Implement the event/ workshop in accordance with the authorized plan
- Coordination and efficient utilization of funds, resource, and POSM, etc.
- Ensure that the event/conference runs smoothly and efficiently

**Graphic design**:

- Carrying out video shoots, edit and produce video clip.
- Evaluate designs from partners, ensuring brand guidelines and aesthetics are followed.
- In charge of the technical, aesthetic, publication quality, and timelines of the products created
- Contribute to the image marketing campaigns' communication-oriented activities.

**Others**: As other assignments from manager.

Work Experience

More than 3-year experience arranging events, sales support and engaging in activities. Graphic design will be a plus.
Good communication skills, confidence, willingness to work with high intensity and ability to operate under pressure
Good inter-personal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Graduation from a related University, Major in MKT, PR, etc.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
Experience in use of design software; after Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Capability to script and storyboard clips
Ensure that the event/conference runs smoothly and efficiently
