**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Receive and respond to IT support requests for hardware, and software issues from users promptly
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. If issue is out of technical knowledge or lacking system privileged, escalate to higher/senior level immediately
- Prepare and set up computers for new employees. Install and configure hardware and software components
- Repair or replace damaged computer hardware
- Manage IT assets (laptops, desktops). Monthly report to manager the current state of IT assets & propose solutions to improve IT asset quality and performance
- Monitor and maintain IT hardware & systems and report to IT Manager immediately when issues happen. Proactively suggest to IT Manager solutions to fix future system/network issue or suggest system/network upgrades with reasonable cost
- Provide a basic level of support in the IT System (create an account, reset the password, etc)
- Set up, and fix the camera, and access system issues together with other colleagues
