- Đẩm bảo vận hành tòa nhà

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- Vận hành hệ thống thiết bị kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà;
- Thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, Kiểm tra định kỳ các hệ thống, thiết bị trong tòa nhà.
- Sửa chữa, xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà.
- Thi công các công việc lắp đặt mới hoặc di dời, cải tạo hệ thống, thiết bị trong tòa nhà khi cần.
- Thực hiện việc kiểm tra và báo cáo định kì tình trạng trang thiết bị thuộc hệ thống kỹ thuật M&E của tòa nhà: Điện, đèn chiếu sáng, Máy phát điện, Hệ thống điều hòa, thang máy, hệ thống nước...;
- Đề xuất phương án sửa chữa, nâng cấp, thay thế các trang thiết bị thuộc hệ thống kỹ thuật tòa nhà nếu hỏng, xuống cấp và không phù hợp;
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của trưởng Bộ phận

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

- Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành điện, cấp thoát nước, điện lạnh, cơ điện, tự động hóa hoặc các chuyên ngành khác liên quan.
- Giới tính: Nam.
- Sức khỏe tốt, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình, chịu khó trong công việc.
- Chăm chỉ tiếp thu các kiến thức mới khi được đào tạo về nghiệp vụ sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng trang thiết bị tại tòa nhà
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm ở vị trí kỹ thuật tòa nhà hoặc vị trí tương đương.
- Gắn bó với công việc lâu dài, có khả năng làm việc theo ca và chịu được áp lực công việc.

- Làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp có nhiều cơ hội thăng tiến
- Thưởng hoàn thành công việc hàng năm theo chính sách của Ngân hàng trong từng thời kỳ
- Chính sách phúc lợi vượt trội, hưởng theo quy định Ngân hàng
