**At a Glance**:
An exciting, new role has just become available in On Vietnam. Based in Vietnam, where we have the offices of our souring entity, you will be a part of the creation and mainstreaming of new customs processes, guidelines, and systems that will be implemented across the company.

**Your Team**:
Belong to the Global Trade Compliance & Customs team, you will be based in HCMC or Hanoi to work closely with our suppliers, as well as our Sourcing, Supply Chain and Development teams to assure that our end-to-end operations are customs-compliant.

**Your Mission**:

- Build our Customs structure and lead the Customs team at sourcing.
- Be the main point of contact between our Global Customs team and our Sourcing team in Vietnam and manufacturers globally.
- Create a customs vendor management programme with the objective of managing our manufacturing partners to correctly operate following On’s Global Customs guidelines and standards. This programme would include:

- Setting up the KPIs to monitor the performance of our manufacturing partners in terms of customs requirements (e.g. quality of customs documentation, document timely submission, duty saving targets, etc.)
- Creating a regular review mechanism of export customs documentation (e.g. supplier’s invoice, COO, packing list, etc.)
- Maintaining customs data and supporting documents related to our suppliers to ensure the data is up to date and accessible
- Training and onboarding new suppliers on Customs matters
- Be a key partner on the set up of our new vendor management system.
- Work close to the Sourcing team to optimise customs via our sourcing strategy.

- Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Confident speaking and writing in English as you are in Vietnamese.
- Previous experience working with Infor Nexus would be an asset.
