**Job purpose**: The CPR will be responsible of sales turnover in OTC of all B.Braun assigned products. In case of neccesary he/she needs to do extra tasks related to customers in segmentation D.
**Job responsibility**:
- Deliver sales performance as annual target
- Maintain and develop sales turnover in OTC market. Allocate sales target to dealer(s) if needed. Control prices in the assigned territories/customers in collaboration with other teams (KAM/ABC).
- Propose new dealer for new market/region to Management for consideration.
- Co-operate with CSR for tenders in customers in segmentaion D.
- Plan sales forecast and propose to direct Manager:
- Based on the historical sales and analysis of actual situation of market to raise sales forecast to the direct Manager in order to have sufficient stock for sales. In case of sudden increase or drop of sales, he/she needs to inform the direct Manager immediately for adjusting forecast timely.
- Co-operate with other sales teams (ORS, AC) for most properly stock allocation in case of shortage.
- Handle product complaints of segmentation D, OTC in co-operation with respective Marketing Managers.
- Contact with customer as a B.Braun front line staff to collect needed information and fill-in complaint form.
- Contact with respective Marketing Manager for the needed steps as per SOP.
- Co-operate with direct Manager for allocating stocks to customers in segmentation D when needed
- In case of product shortage, co-operate with other teams for stock allocaton with the priority of Company's benefit.
- Follow the decision of direct Manager.
- Report and other tasks.
- Report on sales performance, market situation, competition
- Build-up the relation ship with dealers across the asigned region.
**Jod requirement**:
- Education: Bachelor degree: Specialty in Pharmaceutical, Medical or Bio-Medical will be better.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of sales in OTC market and/or pharmacy chain.
- Experience on working with dealers.
- Data analysis
- Nice to have basic English.
- Skills:
- Dealer Management skill, Negotiation skill, Forecast sales. Inventory management
- Good managing the situation in OTC, especially in wholesale market.
- Good skill in excel, PPT.
- Additional requirement:
- Understand the flow/mechanism of medical/pharma products in OTC system.
