- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determines the strategy for student recruitment from the assigned region.
- Identify advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
- Work with overseas study agencies in Vietnam for student recruitment.
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective agencies.
- Promote/sell/secure student recruitment from existing and prospective agencies through a relationship-based approach.
- Maintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing clients in order to enhance the client experience resulting in future sales and referrals.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for sales & marketing.
- Collaborate regularly with sales director, and peers to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Provide excellent customer care and service.
- Attend approved trade shows/meetings and conduct agency visits to establish relationships with new and existing agencies.
- Support in content for flyers, brochures, newsletters, and press releases for distribution to current, potential, and past clients/agencies.

- Hours range from Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (at office) and Saturday 8.30 am - 12.00 (work from home)
- Salary up to CAD800 + Annual bonus
- Friendly working environment with great opportunities for promotion and overseas travel.
- Start date: As soon as possible

- Strong problem-solving skills.
