**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for Senior Sales Representative (Account Executive) is responsible for fully understanding a client's needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs. A Senior Sales Representative will align with the internal team to ensure the company's products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client's standards.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various methods. Making calls or reaching out to prospects in any form of communication.
2. Initiate contact and meetings with clients to discuss their needs.
3. Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
4. Presenting and demonstrating services to prospective clients.
5. Developing and setting quotations for clients.
6. Prepare and facilitate service contract with clients.
7. Briefing the delivery team who will produce the deliverables.
8. Checking and reporting on project’s progress to Team Lead.
9. Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the project.
10. Maintaining a database of contact information.
11. Follow up client's payment and invoicing the client.
12. Build up relationship to win new business in future.
13. Handling complaints and negotiations.
14. Update company's database as required.
15. Colaborate with other departments for co-sale and delivery activities.
**WORKING TIME**
**Office hours**: 40 hrs/ week from Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm). 1 hr lunch break. Office-based.
**JOB** **REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in International sales and cross-sales.
- 5 year or more in account executive or business development roles.
- Fully computer literate (MS Office’s proficient user).
Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable person.
- Work well under pressure
- Team player
- Client oriented
- Solid English communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- University degree in Law is preferable or in Business administration, Marketing, Trade, Finance/Accounting, etc.
