This role ensures that all training activities in assigned areas align with company standards and objectives, aiming to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of sales agents and leaders. The PRUVenture Training Manager also supports sales activities, fosters strong internal and external relationships, and contributes to various projects to drive business growth and development.

**1. Training Delivery**:

- Do monthly training delivery plan for the territory in charge.
- Take in charge training delivery for Full-time agent channel.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including pass rate, active ratio, leader development, participation rate, compliance, and others KPI... within the territory in charge.
- Check and ensure the quality of training procedures & activities in line with company & department regulations.
- Conduct advanced training program for agent & leader.

**2. Sales Support**:

- Coordinate with Sales team to support sales activities.
- Support Business Development Manager to carry out morning exercise, coaching, supervising and joint field work to help Pru-Planner achieve business goals.

**3. Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and improve the quality of internal and external relationships to gain the best working results.

**4. Project Management**:

- Participate in projects in terms of training, development & business.
- Participate in training design & development for Pru-Planners.
- Any other tasks assigned by management levels.

**5. Other**:
Doing tasks related to training scope or business need by plan or assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications in Education, Finance, Life Insurance or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role at least 3 years.
- Experience in a sale in finance or life insurance position is a plus.

**Knowledge and skill**
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
- Good training sense in terms of training delivery & training quality controlling.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.
