Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the execution of digital marketing programs for MIR, including social media strategy from start to finish, and associated performance reporting.

**Digital marketing and partnership support MIR/AMD**: Work with Digital marketing and Business team to plan, execute (supporting role) marketing campaigns.

**Digital content**: Work with Digital marketing and Business intelligence to plan, execute (supporting role) digital marketing content.
Contribute to the UI/UX development for the update of DC’s digital touchpoints, including the development of customer journeys and the testing of hypotheses

**Product launch**: Support to execute product survey, product launching campaigns on Digital channels.

**Vendor management**: Facilitate vendor/supplier selection and execution processes and manage vendor/supplier list.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Manage content and do updates for customer and internal touch points, create budget guidelines, participate in events, undertake documenting business processes, and provide other sales support.

**New business model exploration**: Work with the Business team to explore new business, new partners to grow AMD and acquire target customers.
Support other Divisions (Digital) in running the department operation and undertake their roles when needed.
Support in Business Intelligence, building Customer Lifecycle, ROI, channel analysis and other reports.
Other duties are assigned by the Head of Digital Business.
Skills and qualification required
Planning, developing, and implementing digital marketing campaigns from end-to-end, with demonstrable results in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and sales
Proven experience managing content hub and social media channels, driving significant follower growth
Experience in UI/UX development, customer journey mapping, and hypothesis testing for digital touchpoints is a plus
Experience with marketing analytics automation and CRM tools
Microsoft Office, Management Information System ( CRM, ERP )
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasks, and decision-making skills
A strong sense of metrics for a marketing professional
Ability to code in data-supporting language
Growth-hack skillset
Mixed marketing skills (KOL/PR booking, content marketing, and crisis management)

**Education and Experience required**:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or relevant is a plus
