Grok is an international education professional service provider with operations across Asia serving a large and growing number of global universities. Due to growth in our Global Marketing service, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Officer (SDMO) to join the Global marketing team, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The SDMO will be assigned to work with education institutions on various projects, focusing primarily on paid media campaigns targeting Vietnam, South East Asia, and globally. The SDMO must be a digital marketing enthusiast with a background in Paid Media, persistent, creative, and enjoy being a part of an exciting and growing team.

**Main Duties**
- Liaise with our education clients during setup of marketing campaigns and during ongoing campaign management
- Manage creative and digital asset production, working closely with Digital Marketing Officers and creative freelancers
- Oversee technical aspects of campaign and account set up, and manage campaigns ‘hands-on’ when required to do so
- Confidently understand the levers that contribute toward successful campaigns and make recommendations and optimisations based on this
- Plan and research to input on marketing strategies based on the requirements of overseas clients, and the localised targeting required in each market
- Become knowledgeable about certain target markets, and incorporate these insights into campaign planning
- Collaborate on regular reporting, helping manage dashboards using Google Looker Studio and similar tools, and prepare and deliver reports to clients

**The Most Suitable Background**
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within international education
- Background in Paid Media, with experience managing campaigns ‘hands-on’ across a variety of paid media channels
- Strong English fluency; proficient in business report writing; confident discussing strategy and analysis in English
- Strong experience presenting to overseas clients in an agency setting
- Possess a meticulous eye for detail and strong project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from an international institution
- Voluntary or other life experience that demonstrates creativity, hard work, persistence or drive to succeed.
- Study or experience abroad strongly preferred.
