**Digital Marketing Officer**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Key responsibilities for this position;
- Plan, develop and execute Facebook ads and Google ads/PPC campaigns
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Be involved in audience targeting
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROAS
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Work with Designers, Web Admin and Content Specialist to generate advertising assets including video, graphics, ad copy, and landing page URLs.
- Work with Contact Center to ensure lead flow and lead qualification to timely optimize campaign.
- Conduct A/B tests in ads to understand contributing factors that drive the business forward.
- Monitor and analyze advertising trends to optimize Facebook and Google campaigns to cost per qualified lead.
- Stay current with industry best practices and technologies.
- Maintain active relationships with Facebook and Google account to make strategic adjustments to advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Make monthly payment and support team with other marketing activities.
- Build new social media: TikTok, LinkedIn
- Data analytics & reports

**REQUIREMENT**
- Demonstrated experience (min. 3 years) in digital performance platforms with positive, measurable results..
- Ability to create compelling ad copy that finds all the customers and sells all the things.
- Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience and adaptability
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point) and Facebook insights
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills, Strong administration and organizational skills
- Competent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, etc); Facebook Blueprint. Adwords Certification is a plus
