**Job summary**:
Adecco's client is a multi national company in medical device is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Resolving Complaints**
- Up until the closure, handle and respond to any consumer complaints regarding the quality of the products.
- Assure user and patient safety, adherence to local regulations on post-market surveillance and traceability, and process and procedure in accordance with the guidelines provided by the company Global.

**Field Corrective Action**:

- Perform appropriate corrective actions, such as product recalls, repairs, or replacements, for affected products.
- Guarantee user and patient safety, adherence to local regulations on post-market surveillance and traceability, and process and procedure compliance with business directives.

**Quality Control System**:

- Draft SOPs for the QMS. SOPs for the following are included in the QMS: FCA, Documents Control, Internal Audit, Quality Policy, CAPA, Training, Adverse Event Reporting, Complaint Handling Procedure, and Internal Audit.
- Ask and remind other members to turn in additional QA-related reports on time and accurately.

**Experience requirements**:

- Knowledge of quality assurance for medical devices and management with 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Proficiency with PDCA;
- Proficiency in communication and teamwork;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Have a strong sense of integrity, empathy, long-term vision, agility, and unity
- One to two years of experience

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
