**Job Summary**Supervise a team of quality assurance.

**General Responsibilities**
Ensure that procedures and policies are appropriate and followed.
- Ensure the training program for all personnel involved in distribution activities.
- Prepare validation plan and deploy plan. Participate in review validation document and validation activities
- Manage change control report related to quality management system.
- Cold Room - Frozen room / Cold Chain - Frozen product Management.
- Co-ordinate with relevant team to find root cause of cold chain issue and resolve issue in compliance with procedure “Relocation, Quarantine, Release and Replacement process”.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse to improve cold chain transportation quality.
- Follow strictly procedures: Cold chain ownership roles and responsibility.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics team to conduct the procedure “Cold Frozen Facilities Emergency Testing.
- Be back-up for Quality Compliance staffs to keep on going cold chain and frozen products activities if required.
- All activities related to cold room, frozen room / cold chain, frozen product management will be reviewed and evaluated during performance/KPI appraisal.
- Participate in audits (Authority/ Suppliers/03rd parties/ internal) when requested.
- Do other jobs assigned by QA Manager

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- 3-5 years of regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/Chemistry industry.
- ISO/ GSP/ GDP/ GMP basic knowledge.
- Good English skill in both writing and basic communication.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements to lead the team in compliance.
- Detailed, careful, hard-working but dynamic, high sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit.
- Able to function within a quickly changing working environment with a high stress level and continuous time pressure

**Education**
Graduated from pharmaceutical university/ College of pharmacy or Chemistry or Biotechnology
