**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
The responsibilities describe the overview tasks which the Quality Assurance Executive should work:

- To be trained/mentored at SmartOSC Software Company, characteristic of each project type, SCRUM, ISO27001 in the first-month on-board.
- Take part in auditing projects align with the agreed working process and ensure the quality of the final product:

- Consult process for each project and project team. Provide feedback to project staff and managers on the results of Quality assurance activities o Inspections, audits, and raise any non-compliance, risk/issue from QA’s view
- Evaluate the quality of the work products (Project Planning, Project Management Activities, SRS, Review Code, Test Case. Test Report ) of software projects.
- Follow & ensure that noncompliance issues are addressed. Support the project team in preventing the risks. - Provide advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues (AQA, QA). - Collect data and Analysis data for Process database after milestones of projects;
- Working on the process improvement & develop new processes areas;
- Implement quality goals and strategies, support updated documentation, and support orientation. - Plan, maintain and improve company processes

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- At least one experience in audit or at least 2 years experience in any position in Software Development such as Developer, Tester, or Business Analyst.
- Good at Quality Mindset.
- Good at English skills (at least writing and reading)
- Have CSQA, PSMII certificates are plus - Understand CMMI; AGILE (SCRUM, KANBAN...) are plus
- Strong communication skills, and must be able to work well with different groups/locations
