Process Quality Assurance

Develops, implements, and manages processes execution to ensure the quality of software package before releasing to customers

- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for company processes.

- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.

- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.

- Forecast project issues, project risks; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.

- Tailor/customize process for project (if any)

- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing project key metrics, database.

- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.

**Requirements**:
- Have experience in software process or knowledge about software process in at least 1 years (Agile, Scrum is advantage).

- Having knowledge or have participated in implementing model-based software development processes following CMMI or ISO standards.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Has certificated in CSQA, Internal Auditor is advantage

- Good English skills (at least Reading and Writing)
