Chuyên viên Đảm bảo Chất lượng Quy trình (Khối Công nghệ và Phát triển Sản phẩm) (PQA - IT) là người giữ vai trò then chốt trong việc đảm bảo các Đảm bảo quy trình phát triển và vận hành sản phẩm SaaS được chuẩn hóa, tuân thủ và cải tiến liên tục, giúp đội ngũ sản phẩm – kỹ thuật – QA hoạt động hiệu quả, hạn chế lỗi hệ thống, rủi ro phát hành, và nâng cao tốc độ ra mắt tính năng mới với chất lượng ổn định.
Mô tả công việc
- Đảm bảo chất lượng quy trình phát triển sản phẩm (Product Development Process Quality)
Rà soát, chuẩn hóa và cập nhật quy trình phát triển sản phẩm SaaS: từ lên ý tưởng → thiết kế → coding → testing → release → feedback.
Thiết lập và vận hành bộ tiêu chuẩn tuân thủ quy trình (Process Compliance Checklist) cho các nhóm Product, Dev, QA, Design, PO.
Thực hiện đánh giá nội bộ định kỳ (Process Audit) để đo mức độ tuân thủ và đề xuất cải tiến.
Theo dõi và báo cáo chỉ số chất lượng quy trình (Process KPI): defect leakage rate, release delay, rework rate, process adherence…
Hỗ trợ các team trong việc chuẩn hóa biểu mẫu, template, tài liệu kỹ thuật (user story, PRD, test case, release note...).
Phối hợp với các nhóm QA kỹ thuật để liên kết dữ liệu lỗi – nguyên nhân quy trình, giúp phòng ngừa lỗi tái diễn.
- Cải tiến liên tục & Tối ưu quy trình (Continuous Improvement)
Thu thập dữ liệu hiệu suất của các sprint / release / project để phân tích và đề xuất cải tiến.
Hỗ trợ triển khai các sáng kiến cải tiến quy trình Agile/Lean/Scrum trong khối phát triển sản phẩm.
Xây dựng cơ chế đánh giá maturity của quy trình (Process Maturity Model).
Đào tạo, truyền thông cho đội ngũ về tư duy "process mindset" và "right-first-time".
Yêu cầu công việc
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành: Hệ thống thông tin, Công nghệ thông tin, Quản trị chất lượng, hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật có liên quan.
Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò PQA / Process Analyst / QA Lead / Product Operations / Project Coordinator tại công ty SaaS hoặc phần mềm.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ Scrum, Agile Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt hoặc ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor.
Kiến thức chuyên môn: Hiểu rõ mô hình phát triển sản phẩm phần mềm (Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Có kiến thức cơ bản về quản lý chất lượng (QA process, ISO 9001, CMMI).
Tư duy hệ thống & phân tích quy trình: Có khả năng nhìn nhận toàn bộ vòng đời sản phẩm, phát hiện điểm nghẽn và rủi ro trong luồng công việc.
Kỹ năng quản lý thay đổi: Biết cách thuyết phục, huấn luyện và hỗ trợ các team đa chức năng (Product, Dev, QA, UX) tuân thủ quy trình mới.
Công cụ hỗ trợ
Thành thạo Jira, Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace. Biết dùng Miro/Lucidchart, Power BI hoặc Excel nâng cao là lợi thế.
