**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
We’re seeking an experienced process quality assurance specialist who has good knowledge in project management and software development with the detailed scope of work as following:

- Coordinate with project managers to facilitate and monitor project performance via defined metrics
- Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- Develop document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and update processes for software development and project management
- Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
- Identify & collect best practices, templates from internal projects and industry to enrich company process best practices
- Organize training activities to increase the awareness and help delivery team buy in the defined processes

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Good knowledge in project management, software development process, and software development methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in process definition, project audit and improvement in IT field
- Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed, able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
