Assist the General Director’s working, support, arrange, and ensure that the General Director's daily work goes smoothly and efficiently.

**Your new field of activity - challenging and exciting**
- Actively organize General Director’s scheduling needs, arrange and facilitate meetings for the management team
- Prepare documents for external or internal communications
- Analyse data and create reports to deliver to upper management
- Plan and facilitate company-wide events or communications that upper management has created
- Developing marketing materials such as brochures, direct mail campaigns, and advertisements for online media following Headquarter ’s guidelines
- Creating visual content for public relations campaigns such as corporate identity packages, brochures, annual reports etc.
- Preparing digital or printed presentations
- Developing graphic designs for print or digital media such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, packaging, websites, and billboards
- Conducting research on target audiences to determine the best approach for a campaign or project
- Analysing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

**Your qualifications - solid and adequate**
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design or another related field
- More than one year experience in graphic design
- At least 3 years’ experience in operational accounting work
- Chief Accountant certificate
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard, and taxes
- Working experience in European/German company would be a plus
- Native-language Vietnamese
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Photoshop, In Design and printing process
- Good organizational abilities and excellent math skills with the ability to create and analyse reports
- Problem-solving attitude & work hard under pressure and deadlines
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations, and take initiative in gathering information for design requests
