Opening shift/ Mở ca

**- Checking stock**: wine, spirit, prepare product, fill soft drink, water.

Kiểm tra kho rượu, chuẩn bị hàng hóa, đổ đầy nước ngọt và nước.

**- Checking all area and equipment, to ensure cleaning**: shelves, refrigerator, fruit machine, trash, sink, towel, counter, celling, floor

**Kiểm tra vệ sinh các khu vực và thiết bị**: kê, tủ đông, máy hoa quả, thùng rác, bồn rửa, khăn, quầy, trần nhà, sàn nhà,
- Operating equipment, arrange shift assignment for bar staff

Khởi động các thiết bị, sắp xếp ca làm việc cho nhân viên bar

Operational/ Vận hành
- Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

Hoàn thành những tiêu chuẩn tối thiểu của thương hiệu.
- Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests.

Giới thiệu thực đơn/ danh sách đồ uống, giải đáp thắc mắc và đưa ra đề xuất món ăn, đồ uống và dịch vụ đến với khách hàng.
- Takes orders and serves beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.

Nhận đơn hàng và phục vị đồ uống đến khách theo quy trình và thủ tục đã thiết lập.
- Fully conversant with all aspects of the POS System.

Tương tác với hệ thống POS.
- Ensures all beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the Outlet are maintained according to the Departmental Operation Manual requirements.

- Takes guest order and serves items without unnecessary delay.

Nhận đơn hàng và phục vụ một cách nhanh chóng có thể.
- Familiars and have good knowledge of the Bar Menu and Wine List.

Am hiểu về thực đơn của quầy Bar và danh sách rượu.
- Up-sells beverage to increase the revenue.

Đẩy mạnh bán mặt hàng đồ uống để tăng doanh số.
- Reports any difficulties or problem to Bar Manager for solution or follow up actions.

Báo cáo tất cả vấn đề hoặc khó khăn đến Quản lý Bar để đưa ra giải quyết và hành động tiếp theo.
- Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies.

Duy trì lượng hàng đồ uống và đồ dùng cho khách trong kho.
- Prepares mis-en-place according to the requirement and operation needs.

Chuẩn bị nguyên vật liệu và công dụng cụ theo yêu cầu sử dụng của chi nhánh.
- Clears and resets counters or tables.

Làm sạch và đặt lại các quầy hoặc bàn.
- Prepares and serves Cocktail as requested.

Pha chế và phục vụ Cocktail theo yêu cầu.
- Assists in setting up/ decorating the Outlet according to the theme during special promotions or occasions.

Hỗ trợ việc thiết lập/ trang trí cửa hàng theo chủ đề dịp khuyến mãi đặc biệt hoặc dịp lễ.
- Ensures all beverage stock are kept in the proper storage under the appropriate temperature.

- Ensures all glasses are well polished.

Đảm bảo tất cả kính được sạch bóng.
- Controlling in Bar stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record.

Kiểm soát kho hàng tồn trong Bar và duy trì hồ sơ ghi nhận tồn kho chính xác.
- Submits request for replenishing the beverage items in the Bar.

Gửi yêu cầu bổ sung các mặt hàng đồ uống trong Bar.
- Verifies cash received ensuring only genuine money been collected.

Nhận tiền mặt được xác minh, đảm bảo tiền thu được là tiền thật.
- Verifies all credit cards presented by guest before to validity of the card.

Xác minh tất cả loại thẻ tín dụng mà khách xuất trình trước đó về tính hợp lệ của thẻ.

Customer Service/ Dịch vụ khách hàng
- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.

Đảm bảo truyền tải thông điệp của thương hiệu và cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng đặc biệt ở mọi lúc.
- Handles all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

Xử lí những khiếu nại và thắc mắc của khách hàng một cách lịch sự và hiệu quả.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
