- Conduct prospecting missions to identify potential clients, building a pipeline of new business.
- Manage the entire sales process, from securing first meetings to signing contracts, using a consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Provide phone call support and send documentation and information to follow up with customers and prospects.
- Prepare quotations, follow-up on orders, and ensure timely processing, monitoring, and analysis of orders from professional customers.
- Follow-up with customers regarding payment and provide reminders as necessary to ensure timely payment.

 After-sales Services
- Coordinate with the Quality department to implement follow-up actions based on customer complaints.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

 Technical Skills and Profile:

- A Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, and the Office suite.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, sense of organization, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Thailand and occasionally internationally.
- Experience in the Cosmetics sector is a plus.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the luxury cosmetics industry, with a proven track record in wholesale sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Hanoi market and existing relationships with key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Experience managing a team and mentoring sales representatives.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A passion for the luxury cosmetics industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
