- Evaluated, tested, and adjusted training content to optimize the effectiveness of the Training Program.
2. Training & Coaching:
- Orchestrated comprehensive training programs and developed skills for the Sales Team across all channels, utilizing Best Practice Tools/Programs and focusing on hard skills.
- Planned, conducted, and evaluated training sessions for the sales team, encompassing salespeople, sales supervisors, and assistant sales managers.
- Actively participated in the market, engaging in practical training to enhance the sales staff's sales skills, training abilities, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Accompanied the sales department on regular market visits to assist in resolving emerging issues, proposing solutions, and improving sales management practices.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)/ Food and Beverages industry in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of marketing/trade promotion, sales and dynamics of the consumer goods industry in Vietnam.
- Good planning, execution, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong people management, coaching and collaboration skills.
- Work organization and time management skills.
- Good management skills, teamwork skills.
- Ability to persuade/influent the Sales Manager/Director and other supporting functions.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
