**Summary**:
**Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business)** is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in **Bac Ninh province**.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pricing and quotation processes in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee smooth delivery transactions with related parties, promptly addressing any issues that arise and suggesting appropriate improvement actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Handle customer complaints by liaising with both internal parties and external customers, ensuring proper actions are taken and providing satisfactory solutions.
- Provide support as per requests or assignments

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
**Skills and competencies**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer-centric practices and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese languages, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and navigate complex operational environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results
