- Be in charge of all Administrative documents - Receive post mails and transfer to related person or departments - Manage Administrative costs, such as telephone charges, taxi charges, express mails, stationaries, leasing, house fees, meeting fees, etc. - Control services from suppliers such as house leasing, transportation, consulting services, insurance service and other suppliers. - Office Facility Management - Legal support for company activities - Check suppliers's contracts - Other task will be assigned by manager
